Channel Partners
The Channel Partners are partners who sell Sun products and services as part of an added value offering based on infrastructure solutions, third partysolutions or their own developed solution. They can be managed by a Channel Development Provider or directly by Sun. Channel Partners can focus on singleor multiple product lines including SPARC, X64, Software or Storage, or Base-Level Products only across all product lines.
Channel Development Provider (CDP)
Sun Partner Advantage Sun Partner responsible for the recruitment, support and development of Sun reselling Channel Partners. CDPs can focus on any of the following:
- all product lines
- specific product lines such as SPARC, X64, Software or Storage
- Base-Level Products only across all product lines
